		<description>I think you're in Michigan...and veggie avoidance seems to be a problem there! My husband's family is from the Ann Arbor area and his aunt &#38; uncle are organic farmers. Funny thing is, as far as I can tell, they don't eat many veggies either! Obviously someone does, because they sell year round at the Farmer's Market, but maybe the veggies are being bought up by out-of-staters :)

One trick perhaps to try with your hubby (it at least works with mine) is to give him really fresh good stuff, and ask that he take at least two bites (kinda like you do with kiddos). Sometimes he actually decides he likes something or at the least doesn't mind it...</description>

		<description>All of this look delicious! I wish my husband would eat more greens. I made a wonderful chicken salad sandwhich spread on home made bread and had organic lettuce. He took the lettuce off. He just doesn't eat veggies. Good for you, what a great dinner! Yum!</description>
