This year she wanted a brown barbaloot cake (from The Lorax) so I made a chocolate cake with real baker's chocolate and a butter frosting with baker's chocolate. But sadly honey would not substitute for powdered sugar. The chocolate made up for the dyes though. I have a 3 year old and have had the same cake dilema for 3 years.
