Amber -- If you can remove the cushion part on your piano bench, I bet it would be pretty easy to stretch fabric over the old cushion and staple or glue it to the underside! The great thing about fixing things that look bad/need tossed out anyhow -- is that even if you mess up there is a good chance they'll still be better than before! lol!
