Green Me is a 3rd (or 4th) generation Colorado Native. I grew up in the Rocky Mountains and learned to love nature and cooking from scratch at an early age. Today I am a certified Tree Hugger and Mama to Little Boy Green Me (born 07/07/2007). I am happily partnered in life to Mr. Green Me who is a willing accomplice and companion in my green living and baking experiments.

I recently learned that I am gluten intolerant and possibly have Celiac Disease. This news is bittersweet as it may be the answer to many health problems that I’ve had over the years. At the same time I was to start a professional pastry arts program in January 2010 that is no longer feasible! The silver lining to my cloud may just be that I love to play with and develop recipes, so perhaps my purpose in life is to continue to create delicious and healthy, but gluten free foods to share with the world.
